Your Indemnity Plan
Every year, E&O provides an updated Indemnity Plan to all licensees, detailing the coverages and exclusions that apply to all plan members.
For licensees, the Indemnity Plan is, essentially, your insurance policy. Read it carefully when you receive it each year so you know what coverage you have, and what may have changed since the previous plan.
As with any insurance, it’s your responsibility to know what protection you have under the plan and what’s not covered. You can find a summary of coverages on our Insurance Resources page.
