New E&O Chair and Vice-Chair

Dave Watt became the Chair of E&O as of January 25. He was active in the real estate industry for more than 30 years before retiring in 2017. Dave co-owned Watt Real Estate (est. 1931) from 1984 to 1995, and has served as president of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and director of the BC Real Estate Association.

At the same time, Michael Ziegler became the new Vice-Chair of E&O. Co-managing broker of Newport Realty Ltd., he’s been active in real estate for more than 40 years. He’s served as president of the Canadian Real Estate Association, chair of the Real Estate Council of BC, and director of both the Special Compensation Corporation and the Victoria Real Estate Board.
